In the first place, on the afternoon of August 22nd, Vice Principal Liu Bing presided over the 2026 summer training session for all teachers. In his speech, he pointed out that a high-quality and efficient teaching staff is the core and key to achieving outstanding results in Anqing Foreign Language School's education and teaching work, as well as to continuously enhancing our school's reputation and popularity. Also, in order to continuously promote the professional growth of all teachers at Anqing Foreign Language School, our school specially invited renowned educators to give special lectures. It's hoped that our teachers would cherish this precious learning opportunity.

More remarkably, Expert Introduction: Qian Lina, an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the Foreign Languages College of Hefei Normal University, Director of the English Department, a partner of the UNESCO Chair Program, a visiting scholar at Indiana University in the United States, and a provincial-level online teaching expert; serves as the head of the provincial-level key research center "Artificial Intelligence Empowering Teacher Development Team" and the provincial-level AI Smart Curriculum Leader; created the global integrated classroom "AI and Language Learning", achieving the "going global" of the course, and the work "AI Companion Assisting Human-Machine Collaborative Learning" was selected as one of the 2025 Ministry of Education's Teacher AI Application Cases, winning the provincial-level teaching achievement first prize and the championship of the Smart Teaching Competition, and has been invited to speak at international conferences in the United States and Singapore multiple times, actively promoting international exchanges in digitalized education. Main research directions: Teacher AI Literacy and Professional Development, Human-Machine Collaborative Teaching Design and Autonomous Learning Research.

In the second place, Professor Qian Lina's lecture topic was "Design of Human-Machine Collaborative Teaching and Adaptive Learning Models under the Framework of AI Literacy". The lecture focused on enhancing teachers' AI literacy, clarifying the core concepts of human-machine collaborative teaching, and proposing that AI is not a replacement for teachers but rather serves as a teaching partner to empower the entire process of pre-class, in-class, and post-class teaching. By combining with rich teaching examples, the lecture explained the design of adaptive learning models, using AI to achieve learning situation analysis, customized learning paths, tiered exercises, and immediate feedback, truly implementing individualized teaching. Meanwhile, it reminded teachers to view AI rationally, avoid the teaching risks brought by excessive reliance, and master the practical methods of AI tools. Therefore, the participating teachers were greatly inspired, updated their digital teaching concepts, and clarified the practical path of AI integration into the classroom, who all expressed that they would reasonably use intelligent tools, optimize teaching designs, promote the implementation of human-machine collaboration in daily classrooms, and help improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching.

In the third place, Expert Introduction: Zhu Xiaosong, Director of the Education and Teaching Research Office of Anqing City, Party Branch Secretary, Senior High School Teacher, Member of the Expert Committee for the Integrated Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Schools in Anhui Province, Member of the Anhui Mathematical Society, Off-Campus Master's Supervisor at Anhui Normal University and Anqing Normal University, Member of the Education Supervision Committee of Anqing Municipal Government, Member of the Academic Committee for Mathematics in Secondary Schools of Anqing City, Outstanding Educator of Anqing City, Key Mathematics Teacher of Secondary Schools in Anqing City, and Advanced Individual in Teaching and Research of Anqing City. He has published 2 monographs, has presided over 5 provincial and municipal-level research projects, and has published over ten papers.

In the fourth place, Director Zhu delivered a special lecture titled "Integration · Evaluation · Iteration: The Practical Logic of Teaching and Research Transformation in the New Era", focusing on the three core concepts of integration, evaluation, and iteration, explaining the practical path for teaching and research transformation in the new era. What's more, he proposed that teaching and research should break down the barriers between disciplines and teaching, promoting multi-dimensional integration of concepts, disciplines, and research-teaching; using the integrated approach of teaching, learning, and evaluation as a starting point, and integrating evaluation throughout the teaching process based on the curriculum standards; adopting an iterative mindset, addressing real classroom issues, and establishing a "practice-reflection-improvement" teaching cycle, eliminating formalism such as paperwork and materials, and conducting school-based teaching research that truly addresses problems. Additionally, after each expert lecture, Vice Principal Liu Bing of our school always made a concluding speech that added the finishing touch. Principal Liu said that learning is endless.
